As the Carolina Tigers look toward the 2027 season, Head Coach James Littlejohn is focused on more than Xs and Os. He's building a program grounded in accountability and consistency. "'All in, locked in, and accountable is the standard,' he said, a phrase players are quickly learning is non-negotiable.

 

The offseason has been about setting expectations early and often. From time management to effort in training, Littlejohn wants every player to understand what it means to represent the Tigers. "If you're not ready to meet the standard, you're not ready to play here." The message is starting to resonate.
